1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to the PerfectMode app and associated services. The provider is Lukasz Urbaniak, sole proprietorship, Karlstraße 8, 27711 Osterholz-Scharmbeck, Germany.
Different terms apply only where expressly agreed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Minimum age
PerfectMode V1 is intended for people aged 18 or over. The standard calorie and weight-planning functions are not intended for minors.
3. Local use and user accounts
Parts of the app can be used locally without an account. Cloud Sync, online barcode lookup and the external Premium AI Coach may require an account and active Premium. Registration details must be correct and current; sign-in credentials must be kept confidential and appropriately protected.
You are responsible for activities initiated through your account to the extent they fall within your responsibility. Report suspicious access to support@perfectmode.app.
4. Fitness, nutrition and health information
PerfectMode supports the planning, recording and analysis of training, nutrition, steps, runs and progress. Content, calculations and safety limits provide general information and are not medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice.
Train at your own pace and pay attention to body signals, device settings, your surroundings and applicable traffic rules. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other warning signs, and seek qualified medical advice when appropriate. Users remain responsible for their training and nutrition decisions.
PerfectMode does not promise guaranteed weight loss, performance improvements or any other specific result.
6. AI Coach
The external AI Coach may be available with an account and Premium, and can generate answers using the question and selected fitness, training, nutrition and progress data. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Verify important information and do not use AI answers as a medical diagnosis or treatment decision.
Do not enter passwords, authentication tokens or other secrets. The data flow through Supabase and OpenAI is described under Privacy.
7. Availability and changes
PerfectMode is provided with reasonable care. Features may be temporarily limited due to maintenance, device compatibility, platform requirements, network availability or third-party services. We may develop, adapt or discontinue functions for an objective reason and will provide information about material adverse changes where required by law.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
Software, design, text, data structures and other PerfectMode content are protected under applicable law. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.
Prohibited conduct includes unlawful use, circumventing technical protection or access limits, abusive automated requests, interfering with security or operation, and using another person's account without permission.
9. Responsibility and liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, in particular for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.
Results from device- or provider-dependent functions such as GPS, Health, stores and cloud services can depend on third-party availability and accuracy.
10. Ending use and account deletion
You can stop local use and delete the account through Profile → Account → Delete account. The current scope of cloud and local deletion is described under Account deletion. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
We may restrict access to the extent permitted by law if there is a material breach of these terms, abuse or a security threat. Statutory notice and remedy rights remain unaffected.
